Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a list of natural resource tax rates in the province in 2019.

Accordingly, from January 1st 2019, the collection of natural resources tax for various types: Metallic minerals; non-metallic minerals; products from natural forests; natural seafood; Natural water and natural bird's nest. The price table for calculating natural resources tax is publicly posted at the tax office and adjusted annually to suit market fluctuations and the Ministry of Finance's price framework
The provincial People's Committee assigns the Tax Department to manage natural resource tax according to regulations; Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development reviews all types of resources in the field of management, promptly notices to the Department of Finance when detecting that the price for calculating resources is no longer appropriate.
