Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has promulgated regulations dealing with administrative procedures on land related to organizations, enterprises, religious establishments, foreign organizations and individuals under the one-stop-shop mechanism, interconnected door mechanism.

Accordingly, this regulation specifies the order and time for settlement of administrative procedures on land related to organizations, enterprises, religious establishments and Vietnamese overseas who implement investment projects, foreign organizations, foreign individuals, FDI enterprises in Khanh Hoa province, including: Land allocation, land lease, land use change; land registration, granting of land use right certificates, ownership of houses and other assets attached to land; registration of mortgage, registration of changes of land, assets attached to land and some related content.
The place to receive the dossier and return the result is the one-stop shop of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. Particularly for procedures related to the mortgage of land use rights and assets attached to land which are received by the Land Registration Office (including the procedures for registration of land use purpose change, for cases which permission is not required, to register the land use right for the first time, to register the establishment of the right to use the restricted land plot adjacent to the land after the issuance of the first certificate and to register the change or terminate the right to use the restricted land plot adjacent to it; To register for lease, sublease, contribute capital using land use rights, ownership of assets attached to land, appraise the cadastral measurement of land parcels for land registration and grant of certificates on land use rights, providing information and data on land).
Organizations and individuals can apply directly at the one-stop-shop - Department of Natural Resources and Environment; submitted via post or via the Internet (for administrative procedures published online from level 3 upwards). The time for solving each administrative procedure is the maximum time for working days, including the time for public posting, the time for consultation with the concerned agencies, excluding the time land users present financial obligations, time to post information on the mass media, waiting time for land users to supplement the dossier when there is an error, or time the land user responds notice to withdrawal land use rights.
In cases where the dossier is expired due to objective reasons, the agency shall have to announce the apology and re-schedule the time for returning the result to the applicant. The re-appointment time shall not exceed 1/3 of the total time for settlement of administrative procedures.
The administrative procedures announced by the provincial People’s Committee but not regulated by this regulation shall be in accordance with current regulations and guidelines.
