Khanh Hoa provincial People's Committee promulgated the Regulation on settlement of administrative procedures related to land to households, individuals and population communities under the "one-stop shop" mechanism.

Accordingly, the district-level one stop shop procedure is the focal point for receiving dossiers and returning settlement results to administrative procedures for land related to households, individuals, population communities and Vietnamese overseas who own houses associated with the right to use residential land in Vietnam, including: Procedures for allocation or lease of land to family households and individuals; Allocating land to communities in the case of without land use rights auctions; Change land use purpose must be permitted by competent state agencies for households and individuals; Extension of land use outside high-tech zones and economic zones; Grant certificates to land use right auction winners in cases where the land is allocated by the State with the collection or land lease.
To the procedures for mortgage of land use rights and assets attached to land; assess cadastral measurements of parcel of land; provide information and data on land; To register the change of land use purpose in cases where it is not necessary to apply for permission; registration of land use rights for the first time; To register the establishment of the right to use restricted adjacent land plots after being granted the first-time registration certificate and to register the change or termination of the right to use the rest of the adjacent land plots; To certify the remittance of financial obligations in the certificate, the branch office of the Land Registration Office shall receive, settle and return the results at the branch office.
